Facility Operations is a multi-discipline building consultancy based in Auckland New Zealand. We specialise in commercial building Warrant of Fitness (WOF), residential and commercial property pre-purchase inspections, designing property specific maintenance programmes or where required building code and construction advice.

Brian Read
Brian’s career in the construction industry spans 50 years. His experience not only includes construction and building enforcement for local council, but also operations management positions in subsidiaries of Fletcher Challenge–Challenge Properties and St Luke’s Group (now Westfield Shopping Centres).
Twenty three years ago Brian started Facility Operations where he has used his vast and varied property management experience to provide expert advice to clients on building compliance issues.
Brian is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
